PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure of a vehicle, having compatibility between reduction of the weight of a body and improvement of rigidity. SOLUTION: This body structure of a vehicle is provided with an inner panel structural body 8 for constituting an inner part of a vehicle, and an outer closed sectional structural body 12 arranged along the vehicular outer side of the inner panel structural body, to be attached to the inner panel structural body, and having a part for forming an outer part.
