PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject nonwoven fabric with excellent soft feel and stretchability. SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric is such one as to contain >=30 wt.% of polypropylene terephthalate staple fibers; wherein the staple fibers are characterized by being >=80% in elastic recovery percentage of 10% elongation and >=70% in bending recovery percentage and 3-200 mm in fiber length and 5-35% in percentage of crimp.
