PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and easily allow each cylinder of an engine to intake blow-by gas. SOLUTION: An aluminum intake manifold 10 is formed with a rising blow-by gas passage 14 integral with a collector 11 at a position adjacent to the base of the intake pipes 12a, 12b, 12c and 12d, which are erected on the collector 11 in the direction orthogonal to the axes of these intake pipes. This blow-by gas passage is formed with through holes 28 communicating with their respective peripheral walls of intake pipes 12. A mounting cylinder 20, wherein the intake pipe base section is fitted in the surface of the collector 11, is formed at a position adjacent to the rising blow-by gas passage 14.
