PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam-supplying device that can supply dry steam and wet steam with a single device by selecting them and at the same time continuously supply the steam in constant homogeneous state. SOLUTION: A water storage tank 2 is configured in an open state and is configured so that the level of water being stored in the tank 2 can be maintained constantly, at the same time the water storage tank 2 is connected to the lower end of a heat transfer pipe 11 of a heat exchanger 4 by a communication pipe 5, the heat exchanger 4 is connected to a gas-liquid separator 3 via a steam feed flow pipe 6, and at the same time both of the gas-liquid separator 3 and the steam feed flow pipe 6 are provided with steam take-out ports 42 and 46.
