PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve floating matter collecting efficiency without manual operation by improving mechanization for collecting floating matters. SOLUTION: In this collecting vessel, an endless conveyor means 3 having its outer periphery attached with a collecting net 2 is installed on a bow 1a side of a hull 1 so that its rear part is inclined upward. The front end 3a of the endless conveyor means 3 can be positioned in the water, and a collecting cage 4 for floating matters is mounted on the floor 1b below the rear end 3b of the endless conveyor means 3.
