摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously measure the characteristics of the living body by moving the position of the tip chip in a way to keep contact with its tissue and detecting the moving amount of the tip chip. SOLUTION: The tip chip 6 is pressed to the viable tissue in a state of being in contact, vibration generated in a signal generator 1 is generated in a vibration exciter 3 and the vibration is applied to the viable tissue. By measuring the vibration stress and vibration acceleration of the tip chip 6 by an impedance head 5, the mechanical impedance of the viable tissue is measured. A static contact load is measured with a load measurement device 4, a depth at the time of pushing in the tip chip 6 is measured with a detector 8 and elasticity is measured. Since the mechanical impedance is continuously measured while pushing the tip chip 6 into the viable tissue, the mechanical impedance at each depth of pushing is measured. Also, by comparing the change of the mechanical impedance, the characteristics such as viscosity of the living body are estimated.
