PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subsoiler working machine readily capable of controlling positions of knife beams and attaching and detaching to a frame. SOLUTION: This subsoiler working machine attachably and detachably fits knife holders 33 and 34 supporting knife beams 21 and 22 to a working machine frame 31 as a working machine main body through a fitting means and the fitting means are engaged at an end with each other in sliding state and are formed to coincide with an outer shape of the frame 31 when other ends of them approach, then either of the fitting means composed of a fixing tool 36 comprising a pair of fixing boards 37 and 38 bonded to the knife holders and fixing means 41 and 42 fixing other ends of the fixing boards 37 and 38 with each other.
