PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce light by itself even in a dark place at night for improving safety by using a special luminous material which instantly presents a high glittering property after receiving stimulation of sun light and has a long time remaining light, by carefully manufacturing fine particles having a specific particle diameter from the luminous material, and by properly attaching the material on a playing and sporting instrument. SOLUTION: A special luminous material, which instantly presents a highly glittering property after receiving stimulation of sun light and has remaining light for about ten hours, is carefully manufactured to fine particles having a particle diameter of about 200 to 500 meshes. When the luminous material after carefully manufacturing is used for a wind surfing, it is attached to an area, remarkable to a person especially at night, such as a mast sleeve 2, a board 6, a sail mark 4 or a sail number 5 of a sail 3, or a wetsuit 7. When a player enjoys wind surfing on a dark sea at night thereby, an existence can be shown to surrounding person and a disaster at sea and an accident resulting in injury or death can be prevented. |
