<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient anaerobic treatment by introducing an org. waste liq. into an acid forming tank to conduct an org. acid forming reaction under anaerobic conditions, introducing the treated liq. into a methanation tank to conduct a methanation reaction under anaerobic conditions, letting the liq. stand to be separated after reaction and discharging the separated liq. SOLUTION: An org. waste liq. poor in solid org. matter is introduced into a regulation tank 1 as a liq. to be treated from a passage 5 and stored. Valves V1 and V3 are then opened, and a pump P is driven to introduce the liq. into the acid forming tank 2 from the requlation tank 1. Subsequently, the valve V1 is closed and a valve V2 is opened to bring the liq. into anaerobic contact with the sludge to conduct an acid forming reaction, then the pump P is stopped for stand still separation. Then the valve V3 is closed and a valve 4 is opened, and the dispersion is transferred to the methanation tank 3. A granular sludge is brought into contact with the formed acid soln. under anaerobic conditions in the methanation tank 3, and methane is formed. The liq. is then let stand and separated, and the separated liq. and the excess settled and separated sludge are sent to an aeration tank 4.</p> |
