<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a brick which is light weight, strong and workable by mixing cement, sawdust or rice hull, sand, and soil together and stirring the same, further mixing the same with an adhesive and water, pouring the obtained material in a form having a sole mold laid at the inner bottom, flattening, and molding the same, and performing mold-releasing, cutting and drying the molded material. SOLUTION: Cement, sawdust or rice hull, sand and soil are mixed together at a such mixing ratio that sawdust or rice hull is 0.5, sand is 1-1.5 and soil is 1-1.5 by weight ratio to cement 3, and stirred. Further, water of the same quantity as the above mixed material is added and stirred to reach moldable hardness. As the adhesive, used are a rubber or resin adhesive with high flexibility or a liquid synthetic resin. Subsequently, after the mixed material poured in a form where a sole form having circular or square mesh groove, and then it is flattened to mold the material. Lastly, the molded brick is released and cut to a size for use to be dried.</p> |
