PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lapping jig which can contact the lapping surface of a work to a lapping surface plate stably and add a load for lapping stably. SOLUTION: This lapping jig 10 is provided with a carrier support 20 for supporting a carrier 15 on which a work 14 is installed attachably/detachably and a dummy material support 30 with a height adjusting function for supporting the dummy material 29 attachably/detachably and also by which the height of the dummy material 29 can be changed, on one surface of a base body 12. The carrier support 20 is composed of a carrier receiver 21 for receiving the carrier 15 and means 22a, 22b for fixing the carrier 15 to the carrier receiver 21. |
