PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sausage containing bacon pieces, capable of providing the enjoyment of an unconventional eat taste and eat feeling. SOLUTION: This sausage contains 1-20 wt.% amount of bacon pieces based on the weight of the sausage, provides the enjoyment of the original eat taste of the sausage and in addition the deliciousness of the bacon and the hardness feeling of the bacon pieces simultaneously, and aims at the increase of appetite of an eating person. |
