PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for integrally molding a structure which can efficiently cope with a stress originated from outer load. SOLUTION: Under this integral molding method, an upper face sheet 11, an upper core sheet 12, a lower core sheet 13 and a lower face sheet 14, which are capable of super plastic molding and of diffusion sealing, are overlapped by applying a sealing prevention material to an area where sealing is unnecessary. A laminated element 15 composed of those sheets 11, 12, 13 and 14 is set in a molding jig 30 and, while portions of each sheet corresponding to the sealing areas are diffusion sealed each other, each of sheet corresponding to the seal unnecessary areas are super plastic molded by inducing an inert gas into an area where sealing is unnecessary. In this case, the upper face sheet 11 and the upper core sheet 12 sealing area and the lower face sheet 14 and the core sheet 13 sealing area are molded in a manner that they are crossing each other in net shape along the maximum main stress direction and the minimum main stress, and a sealing part of high stress area is made to be in dense.
