ASSAY OF EPOXIDE HYDROLASE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly and easily assaying an epoxide hydrolase derived from vegetable seed without using a particularly chemically synthesized substrate or labeling the substrate with a radioactive isotope. SOLUTION: An epoxide hydrolase derived from vegetable seed is reacted with styrene oxide dissolved in acetonitrile and the produced styrene glycol is assaying by high-performance liquid chromatography using acetonitrile as a mobile phase.
