PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end structure on the opening side of bottom wall excellent in strength in which step is eliminated for the convenience of cleaning. SOLUTION: A downward bend 12 is formed at the front edge of an inner bottom plate 11 and a front plate 16 is bonded to the front edge of an outer bottom plate 13 while standing thereon. They are made of a stainless steel plate. A setback part 21 is formed at the upper end of the front plate 16 and received on the rear side of the bend 12. A synthetic resin spacer 24 is inserted between the inner bottom plate 11 and a clamping part 22 formed at the upper edge of the offset part 21 while directing inward and tightened by means of a rivet 25. A bottom wall 10 is formed by filling the space between both bottom plates 11, 13 with a heat insulating material 34. Cleaning is facilitated because a standing part is not present at the lower edge of an inlet/outlet 2 and receiving strength is enhanced because a load is received at a tightening part 38. Thermal conductin can be prevented by means of spacer 24.
