PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control and maintain a target value in a short time by setting a plurality of target values until arriving at a target temperature in the case of setting a higher target temperature than a present temperature, and stepwisely reducing a duty factor to a heater of a heating system at each time of arriving at each target value. SOLUTION: After a selective room SR is set to about 0 deg.C and used as a chilled chamber, its temperature is changed to about 8 deg.C of a wine storage temperature and used. A temperature of the SR is set to about 8 deg.C (target value D) (S1). A heater is energized at a duty factor of 100% (S2), and heating of the SR is started. If a temperature d1 of the SR sensed by a temperature sensor becomes 1/2 to the value D, the factor is changed to 50% based on a signal from a controller (S3). The factor is changed to 25% at 3/4 (S4), and changed to 12% at 7/8 (S5). When altering of the factor is continued so that a temperature dn of the SR becomes the target value D, it is controlled and maintained to the value D (Sn).
