PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central heating device of hot-water circulation system, which averages temperature differences between sunny rooms and other rooms. SOLUTION: In the heating device of a system wherein hot-water, heated by a heat supply source 2, is circulated through respective radiators 4, the radiator 4 of a sunny room A is provided with a motor-driven choking valve 7 while the room A is equipped with a control device 12, provided with a solar light sensor 9 and a room temperature detecting sensor 10 to control the motor- driven choking valve 7 and the hot-water temperature of a boiler 2 by a predetermined room temperature rise estimating program, specified by the detecting signal of the solar light sensor 9.
