PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap fitting hardly broken even if various forces by vibration or the like are added thereto by comprising an engagement part having a projection and a part to be engaged having a hole fitted hereto, forming at least the part to be engaged by use of a resin, and forming the projection into the shape of an obliquely cut cylinder or elliptic cylinder and the hole into the shape corresponding to the horizontal section of the cylinder. SOLUTION: An engagement part 1 has a projection 3 having the shape of an obliquely cut cylinder or elliptic cylinder, and the height of the projection 3 increases toward the tip of the engagement part 1. A part to be engaged 2 has a hole 4, and the hole 4 has a circular or elliptic shape having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the projection 3 so that the projection 3 can be closely fitted. The engagement is performed in the periphery of the hole 4, and the engagement ratio of an end 6 with the highest part of a raised part 5 is the highest. At least the part to be engaged 2 is made of resin, and as the material of the engagement part 1, resin is preferable although metal and ceramics are usable. According to this, the stress added to the hole periphery is remarkably reduced, compared with the combination of square projection and hole, and this snap fitting is hardly broken even if variable angled forces, large bending force, and torsional force by vibration and the like are added thereto.
