PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant percarbonate resin composition having excellent flame retardance, especially flame retardance of a thin part in <=1.5 mm thickness and excellent impact resistance and resistance to moist heat. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant percarbonate resin composition comprises 99.85-84 wt.% of an aromatic percarbonate resin (component (a)), 0.1-10 wt.% of an organosiloxane (component b) containing an alkoxy group, a vinyl group and a phenyl group, 0.05-1 wt.% of a polytetrafluoroethylene (component c) having fibril forming ability and 0-5 wt.% of an impact modifier (component d) in the total of the component (a) to the component d of 100 wt.%.
