PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To light a piston, release shock change of fluid pressure, reduce vibration, and reduce noise by arranging a recessed spherical surface coupling to which a projection spherical surface coupling of a piston shoe is fitted, and a bottomed cylindrical part continuously to the recessed spherical surface coupling, on a piton, and forming a throttle hole on a bottom wall part of the bottomed cylindrical part. SOLUTION: A piston is composed of a recessed spherical surface coupling 3 to which a projection spherical surface coupling 2 of a piston shoe 1 is fitted, a connecting base part 4 continuously to the recessed spherical surface coupling 3, and a bottomed cylindrical part 5 continuously to the connecting base part 4, and a hole 6 of the bottomed cylindrical part 5 communicates with in the recessed spherical surface coupling 3 through an oil passage 7. A throttle hole 9 for communicating the hole 6 and a cylinder chamber with each other is formed on the bottom wall part 8 of the bottomed cylindrical part 5. The piston is formed in a light weight, shock change of fluid pressure generated at the time of switching of an intake and discharge strokes and fluctuation of fluid pressure induced thereto are released by existence of the throttle hole 9, noise is reduced, and vibration is reduced.
