摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the regulation of restraint by making the restraint enough to a safety guard device to be installed in a seat wherein infants or the like are seated. SOLUTION: When belts 119 are drawn out with a belt grip 139 held, a nearly T-shaped form safety guard 113 to be pushed back by the belt 119 supports both crotched and abdominal regions of an infant on a seat 41, to sufficiently restrain. Therefore, the belt 119 is locked by a belt fastening mechanism 121, and consequently the safety guard 113 is locked as well. When a belt unlock button 135 is pushed, the belt 119 is unlocked and the safety guard 113 rotates forward and thereby opened. The belt fastening mechanism 121 locks it in the floowing procedures that a knurled shaft 127 in a state of being held between both the belts is situated in space between both nearly V-shaped gate parts 125, consequently when the safety guard 113 is opened and the belt is going to be pulled into this space, the knurled shaft 127 is drawn in the tapered direction by dint of friction of the belt.
