PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo carry-in - and -out device capable of improving in versatility and increasing in cargo loading/unloading efficiency. SOLUTION: This device has a plurality of pallets 3 arranged so as to be longitudinally movable along a guide member 4 provided at the vertically almost middle of a platform 1, a pallet transfer means 6 for longitudinally moving the pallets 3 along the guide member 4 and pallet carry-in - and -out means 5, 7 for storing the pallets 3 so as to be carried in and out of the ceiling of the platform 1. The pallets 3 are formed with divided materials, divided into at least three forth and back to the transfer direction of the pallets 3. Spaces are formed among the divided materials for the pallets 3.
