PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fitting to a mirror housing in the manufacturing process reasonable by constituting a connecting piece and two support arms into one piece. SOLUTION: Two support arms 16, 18 are combined with a connecting piece 20 at their connecting ends into one piece, to be integratedly formed. The support arms 16, 18 are for fixing to a vehicle body part at their two outer ends, they can extend in parallel with each other, or can extend perpendicular to the connecting piece. Because the two support arms 16, 18 and the connecting piece 20 are manufactured as one piece, it is unnecessary that the two arms are separately manufactured, stored and transported, and finally fitted to a mirror housing. Because the two support arms 16, 18 are integrated with the connecting piece 20, and the connecting piece 20 is directly fixed to the mirror housing on the position, this back mirror is manufactured further simply and further economically.
