PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compasses capable of drawing not only a small circle but also a large circle. SOLUTION: A pencil clip A is separated from a pin clip B in clip compasses, and the pin clip is fixed to the top end of a scale C. Since the clip compasses is free in size, the scale is held between both the clips, and a circle can freely be drawn with the clip compasses. Further, the clip compasses can be utilized for multipurpose use in a wide variety of places.
