PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To train upward shooting at an inclined plane whose front part is high and train lower shooting at an inclined plane whose front part is low by shooting toward whole angles, 360 deg.C. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral face of a trainer main body 1 which is made of rubber or plastic and has a flat summit that can be put one golf ball on a conic pointed summit is covered with an artificial turf sheet 5 that leaves a circular golf ball putting part 4 toward a direction of circumference at a neighborhood of a center of a height of the training main body l. Thereby, a user can train upward and downward shooting at an inclined plane by putting the golf ball at a free point of the circular golf ball putting part from any position of 360 deg.C. Further, the user can train a shooting toward a front by putting the golf ball at the summit 2.
