PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user of a wheelchair from being pushed forward to be dislocated (fallout) from the seat position due to lowering of physical strength by fixing an elastic projection on the opposite surface of a cloth surface subjected to non-slip finishing, coating the upper surface part with a facing cloth to be sewn and fitting a mooring belt. SOLUTION: A projection (stopper) 2 is fixed to the opposite side of a cloth piece (cloth or rubbers) 1 subjected to non-slip finishing, which is coated with a facing cloth 3 to be sewn, a sheet material provided with a mooring belt 4 on one side is laid on the seat of a wheelchair, the position of the projection 2 is set so as to be lightly pressed to a crotch, and the sheet is moored not to be shifted in use. A user's favorite seat cushion may be laid on the sheet to be used. Thus, when the sheet is once set, no trouble is needed and also it is not necessary to bind tight the handicapped. Further, permeability is not obstructed to cause no stuffy state. Further, the user of the wheelchair is released from a feeling of restriction so that the effect can be expected enough in veiw of mental caring.
