PURPOSE:To provide a method for continuously forming an embossed pattern of a non-glare plate for a display unit in which fine control of the pattern is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially oriented polyester film B having a thickness of 2-500mum in which 0.1-20 pts.wt. of filler having a particle size of 0.1-1.0mum is incorporated in 10 pts.wt. of resin is superposed on a plastic sheet A, both are uniformly heated and pressurized, then the film B is peeled and finely and uniformly embossed. A biaxially oriented polyester film C having a thickness of 2-100mum in which 20 pts.wt. of filler having a particle size of 1.0mum is incorporated in 100 pts.wt. of resin is interposed between the A and the B, the three are uniformly heated and pressurized, then the B and the C are peeled, and finely uniformly embossed. |
