PURPOSE:To obtain a herbicide for control of Deccan grass having safeness to circumference and high selectivity. CONSTITUTION:A new fungi strain of the genus Drechslera exhibiting no pathogenicity to culture plant and exhibiting to Echinochloa oryzicola, Echinochloa coronam, variant crus-galli of Echinochloa crus-galli, variant of Echinochloa crus-galli and weed controller containing these same yeasts. The controller provides practical control effect on Deccan grass. Furthermore, weed controller containing the new fungi stain of the genus Drechslera contributes to avoidance of appearance of environmental pollution and chemical resistant weed which becomes problem at present. |
