PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal conduction efficiency from a refrigerant pipe to a fin by forming a multi-layer structure heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a first heat exchanging units 28 installed at a pair of opposed sides of first fins 26 and having first refrigerant pipes 27 sandwiching the fins 26 from both sides, and a second heat exchanging units 31 having second refrigerant pipes 30 installed at one sides of second fins 29 in such a manner that one surfaces of the units 31 and 28 are connected in a thermally conductive manner.
