The invention relates to an electromotive device for rotating a shaft. According to the invention, at least a permanent magnet (10) is fixedly linked with a rotatably mounted shaft (8) via a pivot arm (4) or integrated into a rotor disk (5). The poles of electromagnets (26) are arranged perpendicularly to the permanent magnet (10) and in parallel to the axis, either on one side of the rotor disk (5) or on opposite sides thereof, and they are separated by an interferric gap. Sensor-controlled power supply of the electromagnets results in a movement of the permanent magnets and thus a rotation of the shaft (8). The invention provides a means of replacing constructions consisting of an electromotor with a step-down system since the maximum torque can be requested at the shaft already at a low number of revolutions. The invention also facilitates ease of changing speed and torque and provides a robust and failure-insensitive mode of operation. Additionally, the inventive device can be produced at low costs and the electromagnets are not additionally heated up in the event of a mechanical overload or even blockage of the rotor. |
