SEPARATION DEVICE OF COMPLEX WASTE PLASTIC BY QUALITY OF MATERIAL USING ELECTROSTATIC SEPARATION BY FRICTION-ELECTRIFICATION

PURPOSE: A separation device of complex plastic by the quality of the material is provided which separates complex waste plastic effectively so that it increases recycling rate, improves physical characters in a recycling plastic and expects cost reduction due to the system automation. CONSTITUTION: A separation device of complex waste plastic contains the following components of: a tribocharger(3) which receives complex waste plastic particle that is crushed in a certain size(about 1-3mm) and electrifies by friction; an electrostatic separator(4) which forms a cathodic plate(5) and an anodic plate(6) to acknowledge ±60 kV voltage for electrostatic separation using working function figures in a complex waste plastic particle charged from a trobocharger; a collection device(7) which consists of multiple trays that collect waste plastic particles fallen along a cathodic pate and an anodic plate in the electrostatic separator; and a controller(9) which controls the tribocharger and the electrostatic separator.
