PURPOSE: A device for generating perfume, is provided to generate predetermined perfume when a person or unspecified persons use general telephones, a cellular phones or public phones. The device enables to generate only in telephone incoming and a speech, so that unnecessary consumption of an aromatic can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating perfume comprises an external input sensing device, a fan motor for air circulation(3), airing lines(4a,4b) and a perfume generating device. The fan motor for air circulation(3) generates air for emitting perfume according to an external input sensed by the external input sensing device. The airing lines(4a,4b) induce an air stream generated by drive of the fan motor. And the perfume-generating device is installed in a predetermined position of the airing lines, and emits predetermined perfume by air of the airing lines.
