PURPOSE: A method and a system for realizing a banner advertisement on off-line are provided to maintain the banner advertisement on off-line and advertise making specified consumer as a target, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A banner reception system part(10) receives a request for a banner advertisement from an advertiser(1) on off-line and stores information related to the banner advertisement in a banner database part(12) for providing a banner advertisement manufacturing part with the corresponding information required for the banner advertisement. An off-line banner system part(4) manufactures the banner advertisement as the type requested by the advertiser based on the stored data and edits to combine with the corresponding contents in the regular type medium.
