PURPOSE: A cutting/bonding unit of rolled film processing system is provided to achieve an enhanced work efficiency while allowing cleaning or maintenance of the system without isolating a cutter member from the frame. CONSTITUTION: A cutting/bonding unit comprises a base roller installed to a frame(102) to be rotatable, a cutter member(154) arranged at the frame to be reciprocatingly movable so as to cut and thermocompress the film positioned on the base roller, a cutter frame for supporting the cutter member with respect to the frame, a reciprocatingly moving element for reciprocatingly moving the cutter member, and a cutter member rotating element(200) for rotating the cutter member in a predetermined angle with respect to the cutter frame.
