PURPOSE: A bean curd containing milk vetch and a preparing method thereof are provided which prepare the bean curd by adding raw materials of milk vetch in the state of liquid or powder in the course of preparing process of the bean cord, so the bean curd represents an improved savory and light taste, increases a digestive efficiency, promotes a metabolism, and is used for a health food. CONSTITUTION: In a bean curd prepared with a bean as a main material, the bean curd containing milk vetch is prepared by adding a fixed amount of milk vetch in the state of liquid or powder, wherein the amount of milk vetch extract is 1-3 wt.pts., the particle size and the amount of milk vetch powder are 10-50 mesh and 0.1-1 wt.pts., respectively. A preparing method of the bean curd containing milk vetch contains a step which adds a fixed amount of milk vetch in the state of liquid or powder to any step of a preparing process of bean curd, wherein the preparing process is composed of washing, soaking, pulverizing, filtering, boiling, solidifying molding and cooling step. |
