PURPOSE: By providing a system for building an electronic commerce web site, it is possible to provide the web site which has mutually different domains with only one web building server by commission that is a regular percentage of total earnings. The system also offers a solution to build the electronic commerce automatically. CONSTITUTION: A web server builds an independent shopping mall. The web server furnishes some means to the shopping mall so that the built shopping mall can change its own mall for the operational environment appropriate its actual circumstances. Then, the web server provides a sanction mean to the changed mall, and proffers a security system to the mall which has the sanction mean. From the independent shopping mall, the web server gains a regular money of the earning which originates from the electronic commerce.
