PURPOSE: A cellular phone having texts and images recognizing function, is provided to memorize texts by use of the cellular phone regardless of time or space, to store the images in the cellular phone, to view the stored images by use of a personal computer. The cellular phone is provided open a network, and to deliver scanned and stored images to other person. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone having texts and images recognizing function, comprises a text/image recognizer, an A/D converter(3), a controller(4), and a read/write mechanism(5). The text/image recognizer recognizes images or texts created on a material, or a text inputted by key operation. The controller(4) controls an operation for transmitting texts and images to other person, mediated communicator and reader/writer of the text/image. The read/write mechanism(5) reads/writes the converted text and image through a recording media.
