PURPOSE: A method for scrolling data and a screen automatically at the use of an internet is provided to allow a user to concentrate on the data from the screen and recognize the data easily according to the movement of one's eyes, by enabling the screen to be scrolled without use of a mouse and a keyboard, making a data focus at the center of the screen and moving the data focus from left to right. CONSTITUTION: A control value for controlling a screen that will be scrolled is inputted and stored on a control screen(S1). An automatic scroll instruction is determined when the predetermined number of web pages are displayed on a web browser(S2). The data displayed on the web browser is stored as a temporary file(S3). The characteristics of the stored data are analyzed to determine whether it is an image file or a text file(S4). The control value is allocated to a parameter value of a source code, and the parameter value and the source code for automatically scrolling the screen are inserted into the temporary file(S6). The center of the scrolled screen is set as the control value(S7). A color of a character on the center thereof is converted to the control value to be displayed, and a coding for recovering the converted control value to be the color thereof is performed(S8).
