PURPOSE: A pack cosmetic composition containing chinese medicine powders is provided for removing freckles and or a discoloration on the face. CONSTITUTION: A pack cosmetic comprises chinese medicines powders such as Armeniacae Semen, Cocicis Semen, Persicae Semen, Lycii Fructus, Sophorae Radix, Pinelliae Rhizoma, Rubi Fructus, Hoelen, Plantaginis Semen, Cuscutae Semen, Houttuyniae Herba, Chelidonium majus, mulberry leaves, rice bran, malted wheat, black beans, wheat bran, silkworm, Maekban Stone, yellow soil, and Oenothera stricta; grain powders such as wheat flour, barley powder, and mung bean powder; charcoal powder; and Salix gracilistyla, wherein the chinese medicine powders is used for treating diseases related to the dermatopathy, wheat flour inhibits aging of the skin, barley powder inhibits formation of sebum, mung bean powder removes pimples, and charcoal powder removes toxic materials. When the cosmetic composition is treated on the skin for 30 days to 90 days, freckles on the skin are removed.
