PURPOSE: An apparatus for managing a search order on an internet and method for the same are provided to increase an advertisement effect of a registered enterprise, by allowing a search site to search a desire site based on a search word that is inputted by a client, and locating site information of the registered enterprise at the front of a searched site information. CONSTITUTION: A client(10) includes various communication devices and programs. A search site(20) has a web server(21), a search engine(22) and a search database(23). The web server(21) establishes an interface with an internet communication network(40). The search engine(22) searches the information of the sites in the search database(23) based on an inputted search word and provides a search result to the web server(21). A search order managing site(30) includes a web server(31), a search engine(32), a registered enterprise database(33), a HTML reproducer(34) and a counter(35). The HTML reproducer(34) arranges a searched HTML document from the search engine(32) at the front a searched HTML document from the search engine(22). The counter(35) counts the number of contacts to the site address(URL) of the registered enterprise.
