PURPOSE: A method for operating electronic commerce is provided to integrate individual stores of an entire shopping mall to increase operation efficiency, by supplying a mall mastering service configuring the shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating electronic commerce directly managing internet stores comprises the steps of: making allied stores form member IDs by using store managers included in a web site; forming products categories by using the store managers to make stores; displaying products of databases included in the categories to form advertising screens; correcting and changing the advertising screens by using the store managers; making a central mall manager approve the products by using a payment system, the store managers, and the databases; and supplying a mall mastering service by making the allied stores use the store managers.
