PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a three-dimensional error of a multi-shaft machine is provided to effectively analyze and amend all kinds of errors such as parametric errors and kinematic errors in a three-dimensional space. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a three-dimensional error of a multi-shaft machine includes a ball bar(10) of a predetermined fixed length and having a displacement measuring sensor formed with a flexible contact portion having a plane outer surface, a U bar(30) in the shape of "U" to be integrally fixed at one side of the ball bar and having a pair of extension bars facing each other and formed with a hole at predetermined portion to be fitted with an operation pin, a first ball(1) provided at one end of the ball bar detachable with a magnet socket assembly mounted at a fixing position, a second ball for contacting the outer surface of the contact portion of the displacement measuring sensor incorporated in the U bar, a post(40) perpendicular to the U bar and fixed with the second ball at a lower end part, a sleeve(50) fitted with the post, and a pair of guide bars(60) fixed with the sleeve and formed with slots to be inserted with the operation pin movably.
