PURPOSE: An apparatus for analog/digital conversion is provided to enhance the operational characteristics of a motor controller by providing the strong characteristics against noise externally and internally generated. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier(U2) amplifies an external analog instruction value. First and second analog/digital converters(U13, U14) converts the external analog instruction value and an amplified analog instruction value into digital values several times respectively. First and second intermediate value selecting units(U15, U16) select intermediate values from the outputs of the first and second intermediate value selecting units(U15, U16). First and second unit converters(U17, U18) convert the outputs of the first and second intermediate value selecting units(U15, U16) into digital instruction values of an internal control unit.
