PURPOSE: A hair band is provided, which prevents headache by radiating the heat generated at the head rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A hair band (1) is provided with a plurality of metal plates (3) which have a plurality of prominent and depressed parts (4) and radiate the heat generated at the head. Preferably the metal plates (3) is provided with magnetic materials to improve the circulation of blood at the head. The metal plates (3) are coated with silver and/or copper to block the electromagnetic wave.
