PURPOSE: A frozen meat slicer is provided, to minimize the size of a rotation plate, thereby to reduce the vibration and noise due to high speed rotation and to increase the lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A frozen meat slicer is provided with a cutting knife (200); a rotation plate (300) which is formed in the obtuse angle of about 120 degree and has a releasing hole (310) in the position where the cutting knife (200) places; a safety cover (550) which covers the circumference of the cutting knife (200) and the rotation plate (300); and a power transport means (600) for rotating the cutting knife (200) and the rotation plate (300) to left and right in about 60 degree.
