PURPOSE: A rod guide of a shock absorber is provided to reduce a shaping time and to improve durability by replacing single steel-sinter of complex form with a assembly of two parts to be easily shaped by pressing CONSTITUTION: A rod guide of a shock absorber contains the following characteristics: to consist of a body (50) to support a piston rod (300) through a rod guide and a cover (60) to be combined to the upper of the body to locate an oil seal (40); where the body has a bush fixing part (52), an oil line (54), the cover has a separating prevention groove (62), which prevents the separation of a bush (70), and an oil passage (64).
