PURPOSE: A method for connecting with the Internet using identification(ID) cards is provided to prevent juveniles from connecting with reckless Internet sites, by making a user input an ID card when the user wants to connect with an Internet site, and by scanning a resident registration number of the ID card to decide whether the user is a juvenile if the Internet site is for adults only. CONSTITUTION: A method for connecting with the Internet using identification(ID) cards comprises the steps of: if an inputted Internet site address is equal to a prestored noxious site address, requesting an input of the ID card; if the ID card is inputted, identifying a user age by using a birth date of the user; if the user is under age, intercepting the Internet site. The ID card is one of resident registration cards, license cards, or cards having resident registration numbers and birth dates.
