PURPOSE: A method for progressing a chatting system based on a network is provided to perform an auction for a successful bid of an offering person with supplied money, after supplying a predetermined limit of cyber money to bidders. CONSTITUTION: A method for progressing a chatting system based on a network, comprises the steps as follows. Many bidders and offering persons connects with a chatting web server where an auction system is added through a network, and applicants for auction inputs their profiles. Many bidders select a specific offering person based on the profiles of many offering persons, which are inputted to be read on a chatting web server. Auction is performed on a chatting web server, while many bidders respectively present possessed cyber money as a bidding price, and a bidder representing a highest bidding price is made a success bid. A secret chatting room is set up between the bidder made a successful bid and a corresponding offering person.
