PURPOSE: A customized job offering and hinting service in an internet using a matching system, a mobile telephone and an e-mail is provided for quickly receiving an information on a job offering and hunting matched with a desired condition without reconnecting with a job offering and hunting web site and increasing a job offering and hunting success ratio by providing a reliability. CONSTITUTION: Job hunter(100a through 100n) or job offering companies(110a through 110n) which register to a job offering and hunting service providing web server(120) are connected with a web server(120)(S220). Thereafter, a job offering and hunting registration is performed(S221). When a job hunter inputs a history information such as a job hunter profile, a desired type of job, and a desired work, the web server stores into a job hunter database(121) for thereby implementing a job hunting registration.
