PURPOSE: A method for operating a city-community ware supporting multi-language is provided to establish and operate a homepage related to each city and club by use of local languages in Asia using 2-byte character, while using Hangeul at a link. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating a city-community ware supporting a multi-language, is established by a city forming profile, a club forming profile, a contents process profile, a membership profile. The method comprises the steps of: generating a city or club by generating the city or a club with a default value, in order to open and operate a homepage for a city community; converting an encoding code for linking the generated city or club; generating a sub page in the city homepage; and monitoring and managing an operating state of the generated city or sub page.
